How do I get to know that my request is approved or not?

You will receive a notification and a DM in your inbox as soon as the request is approved or not. The Notification and the DM are available on the home page of your Mentza app. The Notification is the bell icon at the bottom of your screen and the DM is in the inbox at the top of your screen
